For meeting locations, 1, 2 and 4, please add $5.00 for parking and trip ticket as paid to LAX.

Curb service is free to our weekly customers having profile in our system.

Airport Services Included in the Above Charges.  We obtain flight arrival updates from your airline. We automatically adjust your pick-up time to your flight arrival time at no extra charge.  We dispatch your vehicle to the airport according to your actual arrival time.  If flight is more than one hour off schedule, there will be a rescheduling and re-assignment fee of $25.00.

For curb pick-ups, your chauffeur parks the vehicle in the airport parking about the same time your plane parks at the gate.  Chauffeurs remain ready and wait for the passengers to get ready.  Passengers collect their checked-in luggage, if they have any checked-in luggage, and go to the street curb.  Passengers call from the curb, and say they are ready for their vehicle. Your vehicle arrives at the curb in less than five minutes.

Curb pick-up passengers need to have our telephone number ready in order to call from the curb.  You may call (888) 544-4222 or our other numbers.  Please do not call before you arrive at the curb. If your vehicle arrives at the curb before you do, it most probably will be forced to go all around the airport. Officers at the curb will not allow your vehicle to wait for you at the curb for any length of time.    This will  only delay your pick-up.  For more details about curb pick-up you may Click Here.

For all indoor meeting locations, other than curb side or airplane side, chauffeurs park their vehicles (in the nearest parking area), prepare a name sign (passenger's last name) and walk to the terminal building arrivals.  For domestic arrivals, drivers find out what carousel is assigned to the flight.  They display a name sign around that carousel.   International passengers arrive at either Tom Bradley terminal or at terminals 2, 4, 5 and 6.  For international arrivals, chauffeurs exhibit a name sign at the passengers' entrance to the international arrival lobby.
