renting to some one else) and sending the vehicle to the pick up point.
Passenger's cooperation is often very helpful in minimizing the no-show
expenses charged to the customers.
We request our passengers to call, in case they don't meet their driver as
planned. Such call often enables the passenger and the driver to meet very
quickly. This is because the driver is always nearby, waiting or looking to
find the passenger.
Meeting location, and our requesting the passenger to make such telephone
call, is described under the "Conditions" phrase of the Confirmation Form we
send (have sent).
