weekly customers having profile in our system.

Airport Services Included in the Above
Charges. We obtain flight arrival updates from your airline. We
automatically adjust your pick-up time to your flight arrival time at no extra
charge. We dispatch your vehicle to the airport according to your actual
arrival time. If flight is more than one hour off schedule, there will be
a rescheduling and re-assignment fee of $25.00.
For curb meet pickups, chauffeurs
park vehicles (in the closest parking area) and wait in the vehicle for the
passengers to call and say they have collected their luggage and they are at the
curb and ready to board.
Passengers need to have taken our
telephone number with them, so they can call when ready to board. Vehicles
arrive at the curb in less than five minutes. Officers at the curb will
not allow any vehicle to wait at the curb, for any length of time. If a vehicle
arrives at the curb before the passengers do, chances are that officers will
force the car to go around the airport, causing to delay the pickup.
For all other meet locations (other
than curb), chauffeurs park the vehicles, prepare a name sign and walk into the
terminal. For domestic arrivals, drivers find out what gate and/or carousel they
need to go to. They exhibit the name sign at the gate or at the carousels in
baggage claim area. For international arrival, drivers know what terminal
the passenger arrive at. International passengers arrive at either Tom
Bradley or at terminals 2, 5 or 6. Drivers exhibit the name sign at the
international lobby of the subject terminal.
