Booking by Itinerary If there is a flight itinerary available, there is a certain easy way to book our services. Fax us the itinerary. Attach the itinerary to your fax cover sheet or letterhead. If there are many flights on the itinerary, circle the one(s) you want to arrange a ride for. First time users write, on the cover sheet, credit card number, expiration, and the name on the card. Fax them to: (310) 544-0100. We will respond by faxing back our confirmation, in half-a-day to a day. Review the confirmation and you are all set. You can add your special instructions, if have any, on the cover sheet. Cover sheets contain the necessary contact and other information we need about the person arranging. The itinerary provides passenger information and reveals pick up needs. For passengers leaving airports, we figure out the pick up time. The pick up time and the price rate will be on the confirmation. There is no extra charge for "Booking by Itinerary". Rarely, if we and all our affiliates cannot accept the job (because of being fully booked), we will fax back your cover sheet, in 15 minutes, with an explanation note. Almost all our corporate accounts use this method. Many of our residential accounts just fax their itinerary and we have their contact and billing information in the system. It is very convenient. You can also fax itinerary to obtain quotes. In this case, please mark bold "For Price Quote Only".
